DESCRIPTION
LCCC BZ232 is a third-generation superplasticizer for concrete and mortar. It meets the requirements for superplasticizers according to KS 2770-2: 2018.
USES
LCCC BZ232 is suitable for the production of site mixed as well as ready-mix concrete.
LCCC BZ232 is Used for concrete with extreme transportation or placing time.
LCCC BZ232 facilitates extreme water reduction, excellent flow ability, optimal cohesive, and the highest self-compacting behavior.
LCCC BZ232 is used for the following types of concrete:
● Self-compacting concrete(S.C.C)
● Hot weather concrete and concrete with extended transportation or placing time
● High-strength concrete
● High water reduction and excellent flow ability, have a positive influence on the above-mentioned applications.
● Ready-mix concrete
● Concrete with the highest water reduction (up to 35%)
ADVANTAGES
LCC BZ232 acts by different mechanisms. Through surface absorption and sterically separation effect on the cement particles, in parallel to the hydration process, the following properties are obtained:
●Strong self-compacting behavior, therefore suitable for the production of self-compacted concrete (S.C.C)
●Extremely high water reduction(resulting in high density and strengths)
●Excellent flow ability(resulting in highly reduced placing and compactable efforts)
● Improved shrinkage and creep behavior
● Reduced rate of carbonation of the concrete
● Very low alkali content
● Improve the durability of concrete
● Not contain chloride or other steel corrosion-promoting ingredients. It may therefore be used without any restrictions for reinforced and pre-stressed concrete construction.
